Dear BeWell Patients,

The health of our patients and team members is our #1 priority. Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety at BeWell Merrimac. We ask that everyone wear a mask when entering our dispensary and use online ordering to minimize your time spent in-store.

When visiting our dispensary please:

• Use Online Pre-Ordering (if possible) to reduce the time spent in the dispensary. If you are unable to order online you may call your order in by calling us at (978)-224-1577.

• Maintain a 6' distance from other patients and employees.

• Do not come in if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

• Please wear a mask or face covering.

• Consider using a debit card instead of cash if possible, the virus can potentially live on dollar bills for several hours. (There is a fee associated with using debit cards.)

Steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our patients and team members:

• Team members are not allowed to come in if they are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick.

• Team members must wear gloves and masks/face coverings at all times when interacting with patients.

• Door handles, counters, and other regularly touched surfaces are being regularly disinfected.
